Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout for most countries in the world. If you would like to purchase any of our products and your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will give you a quote.
Transit times for the chosen shipping method is specified both at checkout and on the order confirmation email. Sometimes conditions outside our control, depending for example on final destination and period of the year, can cause delays. Please be patient!
Once the order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Customers are responsible for all extra charges (such as import fees and taxes), if any. We suggest you to check it directly with your local authorities. Please be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you were not willing to pay any eventual fees, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for any additional cost required to return the package to us, plus an additional restocking fee.
Returns and Refund
Customers can return their order within 30 days after receiving it for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for orders of custom products or modified products once the order is placed.
The returned goods should be in an intact original packaging, or in another packaging of comparable quality. The goods should be unused, without dirt, marks or damages of any sort and with all original labels intact. Customers are encouraged to test the fit of their tent. All tents should be carefully set up in a dry grassy area to be evaluated.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return and covering shipment costs unless there is a manufacturer defeat.
When we receive a returned item, if the above mentioned conditions are respected, the refund will be issued. If the received goods do not meet the aforementioned criteria, we can, at its discretion and depending on the state of the returned goods, offer partial refund, or alternatively ship the product back at customers expenses.
Please contact us before sending a package so that we can know what the issue is. We may have an easy solution that doesn’t involve sending in your gear.

Warranty
Nature Link products are fully guaranteed for 1 year, from the date the goods are received, against material defects and workmanship failure.
Our warranty will not cover products that have been modified and does not cover normal wear and tear, or secondary owners. Our products are designed and developed by outdoor enthusiasts like you who care about the quality and reliability of the gear you use. We will stand behind every single product we make, to be sure to make the process as smooth and simple as possible.
Should any of our products show signs of material defects or workmanship errors that qualify for the warranty, we’ll be happy to replace it or issue a refund, at Nature Link’s own discretion.
Return shipping for warranty is covered by Nature Link, after receipt of the goods, a product inspection is carried out to verify the warranty claim.
Should the claim not be granted, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover shipping costs.
Nature Link assumes no responsibility for any consequences, be they direct, indirect, or accidental, arising from the utilization of our outdoor products. Users bear the responsibility for their actions and activities, accepting all associated consequences that may ensue. By purchasing and using the products, users acknowledge and accept these terms and release the company from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise.
